Cozy farming meets management sim - Hire and develop a team of farmhands, complete major contracts, combat pests with chemicals or biodiversity, and manage a limited water supply. Grow your farm’s reputation through thoughtful planning, sustainable choices, and smart business decisions!

Some beginner tips:

 - You can hire staff immediately at the Recruiting Center (TalentCo) in town

 - Lay down blueprints using your Blueprint Table (beside your home)

 - The farmer's market in town has limited buying power. Commit to contracts from company reps (wandering around town square) to secure larger sales

 - Water management is important and droughts come regularly. Keep an eye on the weather forecast (TV in your home). If needed, you can pay for a pond-filling service at the ranch in town

 - Pests can destroy entire fields within a few days if not managed. Avoid planting large fields of the same crop, attract predatory insects, buy chickens to feed on pests, or use pesticide if pest levels are getting too high

 - Keep your staff (farmhands) happy by paying them on time and being fair when they make requests. Happier farmhands move faster, ask for less raises and days-off, and will be OK with lower salary

 - Build up your farm's reputation by producing, selling, fulfilling major contracts, and keeping your farmhands happy. Farm reputation determines the size of contracts you are offered, and leads to tech-tree unlocks
